Our client, based in Merseyside, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing tenancy and housing management advice and support to tenants. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing a frontline service to tenants across Merseyside
• Dealing with a varied amount of ASB issues
• Managing all aspects and large numbers Lettings and Voids

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of ASB, Rents and Lettings ideally required
• One of the above is enough to be considered

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
