We are currently partnering with a Social Housing Provider in Wiltshire, who are recruiting for a Plumber to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary in the region of £35,000, with a van and fuel included. Our client would like someone to start a role as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering both Planned and Reactive maintenance to domestic dwellings

• Carrying out Planned bathroom refits, ensuring all works are in adherence with specifications

• Liaising with tenants and ensuring they are aware of the time scales of the remedial works

• Working as part of an on-call rota that will require you to work every 6 weeks, being reimbursed per call out

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• Experience delivering both Planned and Reactive maintenance

• Experience carrying out domestic plumbing duties

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
