We are currently working with a reputable Housing Association who are looking for a Plasterer on a 3 months temporary contract to be based out of their Lancashire site.

The role is a full-time site-based position, due to start as soon as possible and you will be provided with a van for use to and from the main office.

Our client is looking for candidates with experience working within social housing, hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and have their own vehicle with a full UK Driving License.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working on a variety of jobs including damp and mould, day to day repairs and planned works
• Carrying out plastering and rendering in domestic Social Housing properties  
• Undertaking skimming, dotting and dabbing
• Ensuring that client’s home is left in a neat and tidy condition
• Liaising with the Scheduling team
• Carrying out basic multi-skill duties such as minor plumbing and joinery
• Damp proofing and dry lining

Working hours:

37 hours per week

Monday - Friday 8.45pm- 16.30pm
