We are currently partnering with a Local Authority in Kent, who are recruiting for a Planning Lawyer to assist the Commercial Team. You will be needed on a three-month temporary basis working on mainly on S106s and some enforcement work.

This is available as a part-time position with 25 hours a week and is fully remote, with a negotiable rate. It is also looking to start ASAP.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Mostly covering non-complex Section 106 work as well as some enforcement work

Working hours:

• Part time (25 hours a week)
• Flexible working days but need to be available during business hours
