Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Commercial Property company based in Central London, who are recruiting for a People Operations Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be recognised for their innovative spirit with many exciting projects in the pipeline and plans to double in size in the next 3-4 years!
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + 10-15% discretionary bonus (subject to experience) and the start date in May.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Running end-to-end employee case management with full understanding of all formal employee relations processes: disciplinary, capability/performance management, grievances, investigations, flexible working requests, absence management
Supporting with coaching managers e.g. prior to handling formal processes; creating user friendly content for training material or manager’s user guides posted for the learning management system
Assisting with the transition of ER responsibilities being handled by managers and to be able to deliver ‘ER’ training sessions in order to share knowledge on People performance topics, refreshing the content when needed so it continues to be engaging and relevant
Partnering with allocated business teams to meet line managers to fully understand their business area and respective challenges; helping them to provide timely solutions for all their people performance issues
Attending Night Team meetings and meeting with the Night Management team (i.e. which typically take place from 20.00 for an hour, every 6 weeks – you will be entitled to time off in lieu)
Preparing of monthly payroll reports and calendar in collaboration with relevant teams
Experience required:
Extensive experience in employee relations
Achieved CIPD L5 + studies will be beneficial and practical
Experience preparing payroll
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Likely to have between 2-3 years’ experience within ER focused roles
Comprehensive experience in dealing with complex and simultaneous employee relation cases and respective knowledge of employment law
Fully conversant with Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel– including Microsoft teams)

Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm
