We are currently representing a manufacturing firm who are looking for a permanent People Advisor to be based out of their head office in Halesowen.
This is a full-time hybrid position, with a salary of up to £40,000 and is due to start as soon as possible.
Acting as sole point of contact for ER casework, managing up to 20 cases at any one time
Handling a varied caseload including disciplianries, grievances, absence, sickness and performance management issues
Handling any employment tribunals and settlement agreements, including dealing with ACAS as required
Coaching and guiding line managers on HR policy and employment law
Maintaining relationships with operational managers and a blue-collar workforce across multiple sites
Supporting the HR Business Partner with various ad hoc HR projects as required
Collating HR data and metrics to assist in business making decisions
Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up to date with employment law
Handling any administrative work linked with day-to-day workload
Skills / experience required:
CIPD L5 (or extensive working experience)
33 days holiday (inc bank hol)
