We are currently representing a manufacturing firm who are looking for a permanent People Advisor to be based out of their head office in Halesowen.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with a salary of up to £40,000 and is due to start as soon as possible.

​

Daily duties:

• Acting as sole point of contact for ER casework, managing up to 20 cases at any one time

• Handling a varied caseload including disciplianries, grievances, absence, sickness and performance management issues

• Handling any employment tribunals and settlement agreements, including dealing with ACAS as required

• Coaching and guiding line managers on HR policy and employment law

• Maintaining relationships with operational managers and a blue-collar workforce across multiple sites

• Supporting the HR Business Partner with various ad hoc HR projects as required

• Collating HR data and metrics to assist in business making decisions

• Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up to date with employment law

• Handling any administrative work linked with day-to-day workload

• CIPD L5 (or extensive working experience)
