Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South East London, who are recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary 3-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the strong potential to go permanent. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable with the permanent salary paying up to £42,683.26
The ideal candidate will have an enhanced DBS certificate, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Housing Officer duties.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a patch of 300 properties across London and parts of Kent
Tenancy management; viewings, sign ups, voids and allocations
Effective management of Rents & Service charge accounts
Prepare documents for court and attend court
High level ASB management
Working closely with the income team to reduce rent arrears across the patch
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
A car is essential for the role

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
