We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Senior Housing Manager on a temporary three month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable based on experience - with large budgets for the right candidate!

The contract is due to last for three months with a potential for this to be extended and the client are looking for someone to start as soon as Monday 15th April so they are looking for the quick turnaround!

The role requires you to be in the office at least 4 days a week with working hours of 9am-5pm with an expectation that this will be extended if needed.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for managing 3 Housing managers

• Reviewing cases of ASB

• Ensuring compliance is being monitored and adhered to at all times

• Liaising with the appropriate contacts at Local Councils

• Working with the Housing team to ensure all safeguarding risks are identified and checked

• Minimising void turnaround times on properties

• Providing advise around how best to deal with and reduce ASB cases

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
