We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning social housing provider in Wiltshire, who are looking to appoint a Multi-Trade Carpenter (Responsive) on a 6-month temporary contract.

This will be a full-time position based in and around Wiltshire, with an hourly rate of up to £32 per hour, that can be paid on a CIS Basis.

You will need a clean driving license, to be clean shaven and a basis DBS is required - You shall receive a van and fuel card for the role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard

• Responding to plumbing tasks, including toilet and sink removals/replacements

• Completing patch plastering and making good walls and ceilings

• Delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across a variety of properties

• Managing a wide range of other responsive multi-trade duties as required

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience carrying out responsive repairs

• Experience working to a 'first time fix'

• Experience working with customers within housing
