We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,001 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing pre and post surveys and inspections on domestic properties for repairs works

• Writing detailed specifications of work for contractors/trade staff to follow

• Overseeing ongoing works and supervising contractors working under contract, including assessment of quality, compliance with contract conditions and safe working practises

• Ensuring completed projects meet required standards and that all remedial works are completed

• Undertaking physical adaptation grant surveys

Requirements:

• Experience completing maintenance surveys within domestic properties and managing subsequent works

• Full UK driving licence
