Job description
Our client, a Local Government body, is currently recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer on a six-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence only once a week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
This role centers managing a caseload of Housing Litigation issues including (but not limited to):
Possession Claims
Housing Disrepair
Anti-Social Behaviour
Homelessness
Experience required:
Must have experience in a Local Government setting
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
