We are currently working in partnership with a housing provider based in North London, who are recruiting for a Leasehold Sales Officer on a six-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable.

The ideal candidate will experience in leasehold resales and rent to homebuy.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the day-to-day functions of resales/rent to homebuy, remortgaging and staircasing
• Responding to all Leasehold enquiries
• Liaising effectively with solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, banks, and other agencies involves in property purchase, resale
• Managing and dealing with all leasehold extension enquiries, applications and process transactions to completion

Experience required:

• Experience required in leasehold and freehold sales from a housing background

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Dealing with residential conveyancing processes
• Record of providing a customer service to a range of service users in housing environment

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• 9am-5pm
