We are currently partnering with a London based housing trust, who are recruiting for a Leasehold Sales Officer to join their growing team on a 2-3 month temporary contract with potential of a permanent placement.

This is a full-time position based in Tottenham Hale with a negotiable hourly rate.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing resale, Rent to HomeBuy, remortgage, staircasing, and lease extension processes
• Handling leasehold matters, including enquiries, applications, and completions
• Processing Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and repossession applications
• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, banks, and internal departments
• Promoting homeownership products to eligible clients
• Ensuring compliance with legislative and policy changes

Experience required:

• Experience of dealing with members of the public
• A proven track record of providing a customer service in a housing environment
• Experience of dealing with residential conveyancing processes

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of property transactions and housing legislation
• Knowledge of Leasehold and Freehold sales from a housing background
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and a range of IT systems
• Understanding of landlord, tenant and leasehold properties
• Awareness of national and local political frameworks

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
