We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Labourer on an initial three-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £17.00 via an Umbrella company.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Clearing and preparing void properties for repair or re-let

• Delivering materials to various sites to support trade operatives and project teams

• Assisting with demolition works, including safe removal of fixtures, fittings, and waste

• Supporting colleagues with general labouring tasks across housing and property services

• Ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including correct disposal of waste materials

Experience required:

• Experience assisting on site/with removals

• Experience working within domestic properties

• Experience carrying out general labouring tasks  

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
