Job description
We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning social care organisation based in Halesowen, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (1/2 days per week in the office) and a salary of c.£26,000.
The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable and be looking for a long term role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Checking and processing c.1000 invoices per month
Reconciling supplier statements and direct debit payments
Checking supplier accounts, obtaining missing information if required and updating accounts accordingly
Dealing with and resolving internal and external queries
Assisting with supplier payment runs
Monitoring the AP inbox and handling and distributing post
Experience required:
Background in accounts payable
