Job description
Our client, a globally renown brand based in Nottinghamshire, is currently recruiting for multiple Junior HR Business Partner positions, one permanent position and two on fixed-term contracts (12 and 18 months).
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from £35,000 - £38,000 per annum with plenty of opportunity for progression.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the private sector, and have extensive experience of dealing and managing stakeholder relationships.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
Holding regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience
Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these
Dealing with the succession planning for key roles and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
Supporting with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases
Supporting with new store openings and closure processes, and dealing with TUPE processes
Expertise required:
Ideally previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment
To be confident working with data
Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships
Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence
To be assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities
