Job description
Our client, based in Worcester, is currently recruiting for an Interim HR Manager on a 2-month temporary contract with potential to be extended.
The position offers one day of home working a week, and the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The successful candidate must have previous experience within reward and employee relations.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing, coaching and supporting managers with performance management and provide guidance and oversight on complex employee relations issues
Advising and guiding on the scoping and implementation of organisational restructures
Developing a strong partnering relationship with senior leaders and managers in designated areas of the business
Supporting the reward team with advising staff on bonuses, gender pay gap and a new pay structure
Training and mentoring the HR and L&D team
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Managed an ER caseload
Knowledge of reward and employee relations
Able to hit the ground running
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
