Our client, based in Berkshire, is currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly residents and hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting residents with independent living

• Leading on community involvement

• Carrying out regular welfare checks

• Performing warden call and fire safety checks

• Dealing with low level ASB

• Reporting repairs and ensuring completion of any works

• Turning over void properties in a timely manner

Experience required:

• Experience working with elderly residents

• Enhanced DBS certificate taken out within the last three years

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback

• Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation

• Experience working within a housing scheme

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 8:30-16:30
