Job description
We are currently working with a public sector body who are one of the largest employers in the Manchester area, who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a full time permanent basis.
This is a hybrid position (2/3 days working from home) and the salary banding is £47,573 - £49,590 (dependent on experience).
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Providing strategic and operational HR support to a specific department, totalling approx. 1,500 employees
Working closely with various HR departments to ensure the correct delivery on a range of HR subjects, including:
Casework
Change Management
OD
Talent
L&D
Offering coaching and guidance to leadership on effective people management activities, ensuring adherence to employment law when enforcing HR policies
Demonstrating a hands on approach on dealing with complex ER casework, harmonization of T&Cs, TUPE, leadership development and performance management
Experience / knowledge required:
Employment law and legislation
Delivery of HR and OD policy and practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Handling complex ER casework

35 hours pw
Flexible working (office open from 8.00am – 7.00pm)
