We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning housing association, who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in Cheshire, based remotely with ad-hoc attendance required and a salary of £43,000.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with complex ER cases and holds a CIPD L5 or L7.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and delivering operational & transactional HR to support organisational goals
• Advising and coaching managers on day-to-day HR issues such as ER Cases, performance, onboarding and training
• Dealing with the full recruitment process, from offers and contracts to onboarding and delivering inductions
• Enhancing management capability through one-to-one coaching and completely training needs analysis, working closely with the L&D team
• Partnering with teams to drive talent development, succession planning, and inclusive recruitment practices aligned with EDI objectives

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience dealing with complex ER cases
• At least CIPD L5 qualified
• Detailed knowledge of employment legislation 
• Experience in implementing Employee Engagement initiatives
