Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for temporary twoHR Advisors. One role is a full-time (37 hours) contract for 12 months to cover a maternity leave, and the other is a p-time (18.5 hours) contract for 3 months to cover a secondment.

Both roles are hybrid, with 2/3 days a week requested in their offices in Tewkesbury and are due to start immediately.

They are looking for someone with strong generalist experience, confident in managing employee relations casework as well as various project work, and can offer an hourly rate of £25-£29 per hour via an umbrella company.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers, acting as the first line of contact for generalist HR support

• Supporting managers undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearings, sickness meetings, supporting performance meetings and other employee relations procedures

• Supporting the development, delivery and ongoing coordination of a new corporate induction programme

• Supporting the development of an employee engagement forum

• Helping to develop and embed an Organisational performance framework

• Supporting the development of a new behaviors framework.

• Developing a Leadership and management development programme

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Ability to lead projects and complex ER casework

• Previous experience within a public sector setting

• CIPD L7 qualified
