Job description

We are currently supporting a large public sector organisation based in Gloucestershire, who are looking for a Reward and Policy Advisor to support them on a five month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and they can offer a hybrid working pattern and an hourly rate up to £28ph.

They are looking for someone with strong reward and policy experience, who will be able to support a review of existing policies and processes and help plan for changes in upcoming legislation.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the pay, policy and reward team with work such as policy review and equality impact assessments

  • Reviewing the job evaluation policy and process

  • Reviewing upcoming legislative changes and helping the organisation prepare effectively

Experience required:

  • Experience in a Public Sector organisation would be desirable

  • CIPD L7 desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Job evaluation

  • Employment law

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
