We are currently working in partnership with a gas provider covering the South-East region, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 3 month contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable upon experience.

The ideal candidate will have access to their own vehicle and be open to travel to multiple sites up to 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

*Managing family-friendly processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave

*Coordinating probationary review processes

*Overseeing sickness and absence management, including chasing certification documentation, issuing sick pay letters and tracking occupational health referrals

*Administering leaver management, including processing resignations and ensuring leavers’ checklists are completed and submitted

*Organising drugs and alcohol testing processes, ensuring documentation is completed and submitted

*Coordinating health assessments, such as night working assessments

*Managing contractual documentation, including workforce agreements

Experience required:

• Experience Managing ER cases in a fast paced environment

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, flexible hours
