We are currently representing a vehicle leasing firm based in East Birmingham who are looking for a full-time permanent HR Advisor to join in September.

The contract is for 35 hours pw, is paying up to £38k and will be on a hybrid basis post training and induction.

​

Daily duties:

• Providing coaching and guidance to line managers on best HR practice

• Supporting on ER casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management

• Handling end to end recruitment campaigns and providing guidance to line managers

• Ensuring the continual update of HR policies and procedures

• Providing training and workshops to ensure the continual development of employees

• Supporting on wider HR projects, such as the annual appraisal process, employee engagement, wellbeing and mental health awareness
