Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious education provider based in North West London, who are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on an FTC until 31st December 2023. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with the salary ranging from £40,905 - £45,093 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across the full HR remit which will include dealing with employee relation cases, providing guidance and coaching to managers on all HR related topics and assisting senior stakeholders with change management.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing timely advice on HR and ER issues and managing a varied ER caseload including for absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, casework, performance management and probationary management to ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies and procedures
Advising, supporting and coaching managers on the interpretation and application of policies, processes and procedures, ensuring these are applied fairly and consistently
Providing advice and support to managers in change management activities such as redundancy, TUPE and other organisational change situations, ensuring correct information and consultation processes are followed
Collating and providing management information on sickness absence, turnover, discipline, grievances and performance capability to senior stakeholders to ensure that the HR business matters are managed and/or resolved as quickly as possible
Administering the monthly payroll working jointly with the outsourced payroll provider
Ensuring accurate records are maintained on the HR system and SCR, so that appropriate information is available to support any present or future decisions
