Job description
We are currently working with a Redditch based organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis.
The role is a hybrid position, with up to 3 days home working, and offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000, dependent on experience.
Our client is looking for candidates with experience working in a generalist HR capacity, with strong employee relations experience and CIPD Level 5. This is the perfect opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career and support with HR projects.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Acting as first point of contact when coaching managers on policy and procedure to ensure adherence to best practice
Undertaking ER and sickness case management and investigations with escalation to the HR Business Partner as appropriate
Facilitating the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates and supporting the interview process
Supporting on HR projects as required across all areas of HR including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, early careers and EDI
Supporting organisational design reviews, restructures and consultation processes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Generalist HR experience
Managing of ER casework
Good IT skills: confident with Office 365, knowledge of HR systems
Confident communicator at all levels, able to present sensitive or complex information in a clear and easily understood format
Able to work autonomously and manage a high workload of competing priorities
