​Our client, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on a permanent contract. Our client is proud to be an educational group which oversees multiple institutions that provide educational opportunities to the younger generation.

The position is due to start in the coming weeks however our client is willing to see out a notice period. The salary for the role is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working across the full HR function and thus be able to provide sound advice on HR issues.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Providing first line guidance and advice to staff on a range of HR topics

• Assisting with recruitment duties for the organisation to ensure a n improved time to hire

• Assisting with the review of organisations policies and implementing changes where needed

• Supporting with low level ER cases

• Completing HR project work which may include updating pay and rewards benefits for employees

• Assisting with the on-boarding of new staff and completing their required training

Experience required:

• Working with employee relations

• Providing advice on employment law

• Coaching managers on proper practices

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
