Job description
We are proud to be working in partnership with an award winning and Investors in People accredited employer based in Derbyshire, who are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on a temporary contract for six months. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and offers four days home working per week.
This exciting opportunity offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to continue their HR development and be actively involved in all generalist HR areas, in a people focused organisation.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Acting as first point of contact for team members throughout the business assisting with basic queries and signposting more complex queries to the relevant People Services (HR) team member
Managing the People Team Outlook In-box and dealing with general queries and signposting more complex queries to the relevant People team member
Supporting the People Team with reporting on key data and highlighting any issues proactively
Ensuring all compliance training is proactively arranged and recorded
Ensuring the development and administration of the eLearning system including production of clear user guides and ensuring use of the system
Working with HRS to improve processes and systems to ensure they are accurate and fit for purpose
Expertise required:
Prior experience of working in an HR administrative position, with high attention to detail
IT literate with experience of administering databases and working knowledge of MS Office
Numerate with working knowledge of finance administration
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, Flexible hours
Hybrid based, four days home working per week
