We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Northwest London, who are recruiting for a Housing Team Leader on a temporary 3-month contract.

The position is part-time hours across three days per week (and you get to choose which!) The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £31 via an Umbrella company.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing one Housing Officer and one Housing Assistant
• Responsible for the overall tenancy management of 250 properties
• Overseeing all budgeting and spending
• Liaising with the board on managing expectations
• Sitting in monthly board meetings

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience managing staff

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Financial management and budgeting
• Housing legislation
• Performance management
