Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a remote Homeownership Officer on a temporary contract for a minimum of 1 month.

The position is due to start immediately and on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable up to £27 per hour based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Homeownership or Leasehold in social housing.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries, escalating appropriate cases to the Home Ownership Manager

• Providing resale management packs (LP1s)

• Maintaining all records and progress resales, lease extensions and any other transactions

• Receipting Notices of Transfer and sending out welcome letters to new customers

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Leasehold and Homeownership

• Service charge
