Job description
Our client, based in Bedfordshire, is currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Coordinator on a 12-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offering hybrid working with three days working from home. The hourly rate is negotiable up to £27.00 via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have a Basic DBS certificate dated within the last year and access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for the day to day progressing of all secondary legal transactions
Delivering a timely and exceptional customer experience for purchasers, vendors and current homeowners
Overseeing Shared Ownership resales from enquiry to completion, ensuring properties are marketed and sold in a timely manner
Dealing with all the RTB and RTA enquires, assessing and processing all applications through to completion within all legislative timescales
Ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and maintain on the CRM
Progressing sales as efficiently and proactively in order to generate income
Liaising with purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers, financial organisations, brokers, stakeholders and colleagues
Responsible for the day to day progressing of Right to Buy (RTB), acquire (RTA) and the new Right to Shared Ownership as well as other transactions such as lease extensions, leasehold and freehold sales pack, deeds of variation
Experience required:
Must be up to date with knowledge of Housing related legislation
Experience of shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Proven knowledge and understanding of shared ownership
Understanding of lease agreements
Working hours:
37.00 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
