​We are currently working with a reputable and aware winning local employer based in Birmingham city centre who are looking to appoint a Head of HR Systems on a permanent basis.

This is a full time hybrid position, and the salary banding is £43,414 to £58,284 (DOE).

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership and running of the HR systems function and the ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring HR systems are running smoothly and fit for purpose.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Leading and managing the HR systems team

• Ensuring HR systems are fit for purpose and supporting the data approach to people management

• Identifying new and innovative ways to manage its workforce, through digital services and data

• Managing third party relationships with key suppliers of HR systems

• Leading on complex data related problems and diagnostics

• Providing leadership to the HR systems team, coaching and supporting them with their personal development

• Leading and developing business intelligence services

Experience / skills required:

• Significant and demonstrable experience in a systems lead role

• Knowledge of HRIS management

• Project management skills

• Confident communicator with excellent written communication skills
