Our client, based in Sutton, is currently recruiting for a Floating Support Worker on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, hold a enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years taken out within the last three years and be able to maintain accurate notes on internal systems.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a caseload of around 12 clients with learning difficulties

• Creating comprehensive risk assessments

• Signposting individuals to outside organisations for additional support where necessary

• Providing basic tenancy sustainment advice

• Delivering welfare and benefit advice ensuring clients receive their full entitlement

• Liaising with social workers

• Maintaining up to date records on the bespoke CRM

Experience required:

• Experience providing care/support to vulnerable adults

• Experience providing floating support

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Managing your own diary

• Ability to build rapport with clients
