Our client, based in West London, is currently recruiting for a Floating Support Worker on a 1 month rolling contract.

The position is due to start next week on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.97 p/h via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on homeless prevention and hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a caseload of 25 clients
• Offering floating support across the West London area
• Providing benefits advice
• Focusing on homelessness prevention
• Enabling clients to sustain their tenancy

Experience required:

• Experience providing floating support
• Experience with tenancy sustainment is desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy and perseverance
• Ability to respond well to challenging circumstances or behaviors
