Job description

We are currently working with a Social Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are in need of a Finance Consultant on an interim basis.

The role has great hybrid flexibility and is proposed to last six months with a flexible daily rate dependent on experience.

The purpose of this position is to assess and rebuild the business plan and redesign chartered accounts.

A background in Social Housing is essential for this position and the successful candidate must be highly analytical with attention to detail.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Accessing and rebuilding the business plan

  • Redesigning the Chartered Accounts

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing

  • Experience required using BRIXX planning software

Working hours:

  • 36.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flex)
