Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for an Estate Services Support Co-Ordinator on a temporary 12-month fixed term contract. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary is up to £ 26,950 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with general administrative duties and experience dealing with customers and external agencies.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting and monitoring work and action plans
Carrying out data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are being adhered to
Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Collating weekly figures
Supporting the Estates Teams with any administrative functions
Completing general administrative tasks such as minute taking, preparing letters, and producing reports and statistics
Completing work on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience required:
Experience with general administrative duties including, minute taking, preparation of letters, production of reports and statistics for presentations and all other office procedures
Experience with dealing with customers and other external agencies
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
A strong understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality
Exceptional customer service skills

37 hours per week
Monday – Friday
