Job description

​Our client, based in West Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for an ER Advisor on a temporary contract for up to three months. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable for this position.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with ER queries relating to sickness, performance, grievance etc.

  • Supporting with restructures across the departments

  • Reviewing policies

  • Using and embedding the new triage system within people support

  • Assisting the People Support Assistants with general queries

  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and putting role profiles together

Expertise required:

  • Have experience in dealing with complex ER cases

  • Ideally have experience of working in the housing sector, or worked in a unionised organisation

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday

  • Flexible hours (core 10am to 4pm)
