They're looking for an experienced End User Compute Service Manager to help shape how modern, secure, and user-focused IT services are delivered across a large and complex environment.
You'll play a key role in creating exceptional end-user experiences, managing modern workplace technologies, and driving continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and strong service governance.

What You'll Be Doing
• Leading the delivery and ongoing improvement of all end-user computing services
• Acting as the senior escalation point for complex user and service issues
• Managing relationships with third-party providers and ensuring SLA performance
• Overseeing device lifecycle management and sustainable technology practices
• Embedding ITIL 4 principles and Agile, product-based service delivery
• Using data, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance user experience and first-time fix rates
• Monitoring service performance through analytics and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Managing modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Defender, and ESRI ArcGIS
What The Client Is Looking For
• Experience managing IT end-user or workplace services within a large or complex organisation
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (ITIL 4 preferred) and service management best practice
• Track record of improving services using automation, analytics, or modern tooling
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels and manage third-party vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field
