Our client, based in Gloucestershire, is currently recruiting for two Electricians on minimum three-month contracts (with views to extend), to start immediately. Our client is a Social Housing provider, who are proud to provide quality, affordable housing.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is circa. £28.50 per hour on a CIS basis, paid through an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Social Housing, as well as being 17th or 18th Edition qualified. Candidates will require their own vehicle however fuel will be paid for.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out electrical installations and responsive maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner

• Completing a variety of EICR’s within domestic properties

• Undertaking electrical testing and inspections within Social Housing properties

• Ensuring van is correctly stocked and maintained at all times on and between sites

• Undertaking all works as directed/instructed to ensure works, schemes or projects are completed to requirements of specifications

Requirements

• 17th or 18th edition qualification

• Confident in testing and inspecting of electrical equipment/appliances

• Own vehicle required
