We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association who are recruiting for an Electrician to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

Our client manages over 5,000 homes in Burley and East Lancashire, making a positive impact on the quality of life of individuals as well as the wider community.

This is a full-time position with paying £23 CIS per hour and the start date is 10th June.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Utilising 18th and 2391 Qualifications to carry out testing and inspecting across a patch of Social Housing properties

• Undertaking remedial works and EICR’s following on from this

• Working alongside a PDA system to receive works and work as effectively as possible

• Completing works on tenanted properties and liaising with tenants in regards to works

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• 18th edition qualification

• 2391 qualification

• Previous Social Housing experience

• 37 ¼ Hours per week

• Monday to Friday 08:45 -16:30 (Flexible Hours)
