Deputy Service Manager

Our client, based in West London is currently recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager on a permanent basis. The client we are working alongside began as an employment bureau, providing informed help and advice to unemployed women looking for work in the 1930s Depression. They now own and manage over 920 homes across 11 London boroughs.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The annual salary for this is £36,000 plus benefits such as a health cash plan.

The ideal candidate will hold experience managing staff in a Domestic Violence setting

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Ensure that individual support plans are developed, delivered, monitored and reviewed in line with the required quality & regulation standards
• Make sure occupancy levels in the refuge is maximised
• Ensure there are implement identified strategies for income maximisation
• Set and oversee the collection of all rent and service charges
• Monitor expenditure to ensure that spending is kept within the agreed budget
• Manage and provide regular supervision, support and feedback to all members of staff within the refuge

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• 9-5
