Job description
Our client, based in Middlesex, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor for their Housing team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary rate is £28,826 pro-rated for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a social housing provider in a contact / call centre environment
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Resolve customer queries, owning queries from start to finish across all channels
Manage cases for tenants regarding tenancy management, ASB issues, tenancy agreements, general housing enquiries
Give advice and resolve issues on the first call where possible
Escalate queries where required to the Tenancy Management team
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
