Our client, based in Middlesex, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor for their Housing team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary rate is £28,826 pro-rated for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a social housing provider in a contact / call centre environment

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Resolve customer queries, owning queries from start to finish across all channels

• Manage cases for tenants regarding tenancy management, ASB issues, tenancy agreements, general housing enquiries

• Give advice and resolve issues on the first call where possible

• Escalate queries where required to the Tenancy Management team

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing
