Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading family-run housebuilder, who are recruiting for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator focused in repairs to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to have over 3,000 homeowners a year purchase from them, spanning the North West to the South Coast. The quality of the homes they build and the service they provide, has resulted in being recognised by the NHBC as a five-star housebuilder.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £27,000 + benefits and the start date is the 22nd January 2024.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Administering property repairs and focusing on day-to-day maintenance of new build properties

  • Communicating with tenants and liasing with maintenance contractors

  • Handling calls and emails, focusing on customer service and the ability to communicate confidently

  • Booking in property inspections with residents

  • General office administration and mainly being based completely in the office

  • Work independently and take initiative to deliver a conscientious and focused customer service experience

Experience required:

  • Customer service experience within an office environment

  • Experience in the use of CRM software

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task with good time management

Working hours:

  • 08:00/09:00 – 16:30/17:30
