Job description
We are currently partnering with a Hertfordshire-based charity who are looking for a Complex Needs Worker to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Experience working with clients at risk of homelessness and who suffer from complex needs is essential.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a caseload of around 10 clients who are at risk of/have previously been homeless and who present complex needs
Carrying out risk assessments and putting tailored support plans together
Signposting clients to additional (external) support services when needed
Assisting clients with welfare benefit applications
Developing move-on plans and providing practical support/building self-confidence
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
SHIFT PATTERNS are one week on, one week off (8am – 4pm / 12pm – 8pm), plus one Saturday in every four
