We are currently partnering with a Hertfordshire-based charity who are looking for a Complex Needs Worker to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Experience working with clients at risk of homelessness and who suffer from complex needs is essential.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a caseload of around 10 clients who are at risk of/have previously been homeless and who present complex needs

• Carrying out risk assessments and putting tailored support plans together

• Signposting clients to additional (external) support services when needed

• Assisting clients with welfare benefit applications

• Developing move-on plans and providing practical support/building self-confidence

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• SHIFT PATTERNS are one week on, one week off (8am – 4pm / 12pm – 8pm), plus one Saturday in every four
