​We are currently working in partnership with a London Borough, who are recruiting for a fully remote Childcare Lawyer on an initial three-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately and are ideally looking to pay candidates £45.00 via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have London Borough experience, being able to work autonomously remotely.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Holding a caseload of six, predominantly made up of court protection and public law work – there will not be any work dealing with section 7s or private law work

Experience required:

• Experience required in Local Government sector

Working hours:

• 36 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
