We are currently representing a Not-for-Profit organisation based in Birmingham city centre who are looking to appoint a Business Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The role is due to start as soon as possible, and the salary is up to £42,618 (DOE).
Duties will include:
Providing a comprehensive administrative, clerical and financial service to the organisation
Accurately maintaining all financial records and the smooth running of the accounts, including dealing with financial spreadsheets
Ensuring smooth cash flow and adhering to financial targets
Managing all information systems and databases
Working on any ad-hoc projects as required by senior leadership
Handling private, personal and confidential information and data, adhering to data protection guidelines
Creating reports, accounting spreadsheets, advertising and correspondence
Organising meetings, conferences and seminars for senior leaders and external visitors
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Confident in using systems and maintaining data
Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
Competent administrative and organisational skills
Flexible working hours
Monday – Friday
