Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Central London, who are recruiting for an Associate HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be one of the oldest educational institutions in London who teach students across a wide range of courses. They welcome students from across the globe and have been recognised internationally for their work.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £43,205 - £50,585 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the Senior HRBP with HR related project work and assist with the implementation of the relevant People Plans which could include workforce planning, talent & succession, reward and ED&I
Supporting processes around organisational change, organisational restructuring and TUPE
Providing consistent HR advice to managers, including on organisational policies, employment best practice and the application of these to day-to-day management
Resolving more complex queries which are escalated from the HR operations team
Running analysis of reports and data to identify trends and work collaboratively with the Senior HRBP to identify initiatives or strategies to address issues
Leading on supporting formal and informal ER casework as well as providing support and guidance to managers at all stages of the process and ensuring risk based and commercial advice
Ensuring the comprehensive investigation and hearing outcome reports and other documentation as necessary is completed to a high standard, coaching and advice managers as needed
Managing and coordinating employment tribunal activity, including completion of reports, gathering of data and liaising with legal advisors
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Leading on complex ER cases
Running analysis on HR related reports
HR project work
Liaising with Trade Unions
