Job description

​JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently working with a reputable and large Housing Association based in Manchester, whom are currently on the look out for an experienced full-time ASB Officer on a three month temporary basis.

The role will offer flexible working, with three-four days from home once initial training has been carried out.

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Responsible for working on high to low level ASB complaints

  • Responsible for completing a witness statements with victims and interview perpetrators

  • Attend court when required for evictions

  • Responsible for the safeguarding of tenants and ensuring the right processes are followed to ensure their safety

  • Advise customers about possible tenancy breaches to give them opportunity to remedy the matter, offering referrals to support agencies both internal and external, to ensure breaches are kept to a minimum, and that action taken is a proportionate responses

  • Liaising with external agencies on a regular basis, including the police

WORKING HOURS

  • 3-4 days from home (once initial training has been carried out)

  • 35 hours per week

  • Daily core hours are 09:00am to 17:00pm
