Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading supported living Housing Association based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Support Co-Ordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £26,712 and is due to start at the earliest convenance.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Carrying out weekly welfare checks on their 170 residents, being a friendly face for any questions or queries

  • Assisting residents with their day-to-day tasks, activities and medications

  • Advising on welfare and benefits

  • Arranging social activities and coffee morning, ensuring residents are active and get involved

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Compassionate and enthusiastic attitude towards work

  • Can work independently

  • Experience previously working with the elderly is highly desirable

Working hours:

  • 39 hours per week on a 6 week rota basis
