We are currently recruiting for a temporary Scheme Manager in South East London, to work for one of the largest/most prestigious housing associations in the country.

The contract is for 3 months and the scheme is based less than one mile from Elephant and Castle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a scheme of sheltered housing for residents aged 50+

• Carrying out welfare checks

• Being responsible for safeguarding and Health & Safety

• Carrying out fire safety and pull cord checks

• Assisting with viewings, sign ups and tenancy management

• Providing basic practical and housing support to residents

Experience required:

• Experience working in sheltered housing

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm OR 8am-3pm
