Job description
We are currently partnering with a world leading property agency who are recruiting for 5 Stock Condition Surveyors to join their growing team on a 6-12 months temporary basis.

This is a temporary position with the rate per survey being £24 LTD per house and £20 LTD per flat and is due to start immediately.
The available patches are: Canterbury, Kent & Worthing
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting stock condition surveys on Social Housing units and submitting detailed reports following the surveys
Ensuring the buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire and means of escape to a building of safety
Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B
Carrying out domestic energy assessment surveys
Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
Experience required:
Conducting stock condition surveys or conducting domestic energy assessments
Two years of working within social housing is desirable
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to carry out 7-15 surveys per day
Knowledge of Excel
Hold a full UK driving license
